Visitors
How does the search engine work?
The search engine allows users to filter properties by city, neighborhood, or street across Israel. You may use map view or list view according to your preference. Additional filters allow refinement by price, number of rooms, advertiser type, and other criteria. Advanced filters provide further options for precise targeting.
Are all listings translated?
Yes. All listings published on Immo Israel are translated into the four site languages: French, English, Hebrew, and Russian. Listers publish in their own language, and our internal team handles the translation.
Can I contact a lister without creating an account?
Yes. No account is required to contact a lister. Phone numbers and a WhatsApp link are available directly on each listing. For new development projects, a dedicated contact form is also provided.
How can I know if the seller speaks French?
Each lister may indicate the languages they speak in their profile. This information appears on each listing next to the contact details.
Who can publish listings on Immo Israel?
Listings may be published by:
- Private individuals
- Real estate agents or agencies
- Property developers
Results can be filtered by advertiser type through the search options.
Publication and Pricing
Is publishing a listing free?
Yes. The first listing published by a private individual is free and has no time limit, subject to compliance with publication rules.
It includes up to 20 photos and translation into the four site languages.
What happens from the second listing onward?
From the second active listing onward, a monthly subscription is required for each listing. Applicable pricing is that in force at the time of subscription and available on the Pricing page.
Are there paid options?
Yes. Additional options may be activated to enhance listing visibility, including featured placement and other services depending on the selected plan.

Are subscriptions renewed automatically?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each cycle unless cancelled from the “My Account” section.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation may be performed at any time from the “My Account” section. In accordance with the Terms & Conditions, no refund is issued for a billing period that has already started.
Real Estate Agents
How do agent subscriptions work?
Real estate agents subscribe to monthly plans based on a slot system, corresponding to the number of listings that may be active simultaneously.
The number of slots depends on the selected plan.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro plans?
The Lite plan provides standard listing management.
The Pro plan includes enhanced features, including a higher number of photos and improved visibility options.

Can I change plans?
Yes. Plan changes are possible at any time. A pro rata adjustment is applied to the remaining period in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
New Developments
How can I publish a new real estate project?
A dedicated account is required to publish a new development project. Each project is validated and translated before publication.
What services are included for new developments?
New developments benefit from a dedicated project page including:
